2. Summary

• This website uses no analytics, advertising, tracking or social media plugins.
• Only technically necessary cookies are set.
• Fonts, images and audio are hosted on our own server, including the audio player. No third-party players are embedded.
• Links to YouTube and streaming services transfer no data until you click them.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

When you visit the site, the server automatically logs your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and your operating system. We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted after 7 days unless needed to investigate a security incident. We have a data processing agreement with the host.

4. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form sends this data to us by email and does not store it on the website. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your message and any other details you include. We use this data only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for licensing or project enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Links to YouTube, streaming services and other websites

Release pages link to YouTube, Spotify, YouTube Music, Tidal and Deezer, and to the labels Appearance Records and EON Sounds. Video previews are images hosted on our own server that link to YouTube. These are plain links: no data is sent to these sites until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of the respective site applies.

6. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption, shown by "https" in your browser's address bar.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, email mail@cinematic-covers.com.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
